Dear Military Parent,
Thank you for your service to our country! It is our honor to help your child during your time of deployment or arms away. Please fill out the information below. If you have multiple children, please fill out a separate form for each child. (We will try to ensure all children are sponsored at the same time.)
This application is good for one year from the date of submission.
